Effective Combination of Stacking, Picking, and Transporting

The electric pallet stackers ML10, MM10, and MM10i are very flexible. They are the perfect solution for storage and retrieval, as well as for stacking goods. They are also ideal for use as an ergonomic order picking platform or for transporting lightweight goods. During order picking, the operator lifts their work surface to a comfortable height, which protects their back. During the transport of goods, an initial lift on the MM 10i provides more ground clearance. Unevenness or ramps are not a problem. Various mast heights are available to adapt trucks based on their area of application. The long tiller arm, automatic throttling of driving speed, and hand guards all ensure high levels of safety. The ML10, MM10, and MM10i have a maximum load capacity of 1000 kilograms.

Safety

The ML10, MM10, and MM10i are fully optimized when it comes to operator protection. To avoid accidents, the trucks automatically reduce their driving speed to 2 km/h when operating above a lifting height of 800 mm. The long tiller arm sits low on the truck, ensuring that the operator always remains at a safe distance from the pallet stacker. Thanks to the shape of the tiller head, the operator’s hands are protected at all times. The ML10, MM10, and MM10i brake automatically when the operator releases the butterfly button. The same applies when the belly switch is pressed. An effective parking brake holds the truck securely on slopes and releases automatically when it is started up again. A low-lying metal skirt protects the feet.

Ergonomics

Before picking, the operator can lift the pallet to a comfortable working height. This relieves strain on the back when picking up and setting down the goods. The ergonomically shaped tiller handle makes it very easy to control the driving and lifting movements of the truck. All functions can be controlled with just one hand, be it the left or the right. The trucks have a creep speed function for use in narrow aisles. This makes it possible to move the pallet stackers with an upright tiller at low speeds.

Handling

The ML10, MM10, and MM10i have powerful electric motors that guarantee a transport speed of up to 4.5 kilometers per hour. In addition, they feature a robust chassis and a reinforced fork structure for the effective transportation of loads up to a total weight of 1000 kilograms. The built-in charger is also important for performance: Operators can charge the truck anywhere so that it is quickly available again. When the battery is fully charged, the trucks work non-stop for up to three hours. A display informs the operator about operating hours and battery level.
