After signing the contract and confirming the order with the customer, the sales staff at TIN QUANG FORKLIFT CO., LTD will process the order and contact the customer to agree on the delivery time. Within 3 – 5 days (for used forklifts) from the date of order confirmation or according to the agreement with the customer (for new forklifts), the company will proceed to transport and deliver the goods to you. However, some special cases may cause the delivery to take longer than usual. Specifically, these are the cases:

– Tin Quang Group cannot contact customers by phone or email.

– The address provided by the customer is difficult to find or incorrect.

– Orders during that time increased dramatically, leading to slower than expected order processing and delivery.

Because Tin Quang Group uses an external shipping service, shipping costs will be calculated according to the shipping unit’s rates. For some customers who are eligible for shipping support or the shipping fee is paid according to the contract agreement between the two parties, the shipping fee may change. Details will be specifically confirmed with the customer during the exchange process before proceeding with delivery.
