Warranty commitment

Tin Quang Group commits to warrant all products provided by the company in accordance with the information listed and announced to customers. Specifically, the products warranted by the company include:

  • Diesel/gasoline/gas forklift
  • Electric forklift
  • Stackers
  • Reach trucks
  • Used forklift
  • Pallet truck
  • Pickup truck
  • Rickshaw
  • Large forklift
  • Spare Parts – Accessories
  • Consumables

Warranty conditions

Tin Quang Group provides free warranty policy for products and services in the following cases:

  • Product is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error.
  • The product was damaged during transportation from Tin Quang Group to the customer.

No warranty  

Tin Quang Group refuses to provide free warranty for products and services in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged due to the customer using it beyond its intended purpose, such as using it for the wrong purpose or using it with the wrong load.
  • Product damaged due to customer’s incorrect operation.
  • Damage occurs during the customer’s own transportation of the equipment.
  • Customers arbitrarily operate, repair or interfere with the device during the warranty period.

In cases where the product is damaged but not covered by free warranty, customers can discuss with Tin Quang Group to agree on cost, time and repair solution.

Warranty period may vary on device components.  

A forklift consists of many different spare parts, and the warranty period for each part and each type of spare part may be different. The company’s sales team will advise customers in detail during the purchasing process.

Delivery and returns

Customers please provide detailed information about the goods and delivery agreement so that Tin Quang Group can prepare best. This helps avoid urgent situations leading to shortage of goods, affecting customers’ plans. When the goods are delivered to the requested address, customers please check carefully before signing to ensure there are no errors.

On-site warranty

The company will send staff to check and provide on-site warranty within 12-20 hours of receiving information from the customer. Upon receiving a warranty request, the company will contact you to confirm the information and agree on a specific time in detail. For remote cases, customers can send the device to the company for warranty. The company will have a policy to support reasonable shipping costs.

Note

If during the warranty period, the device has a minor problem that the customer can solve by himself, please contact the company via hotline or email so that the company can understand the specific condition of the device. Before the company’s consent, the customer should not arbitrarily disassemble or repair the device to avoid the situation of not being able to repair or causing more serious errors. In this case, Tin Quang Group will have difficulty applying the free warranty policy.
