Tin Quang Group’s return policy was born with the desire to bring customers the best shopping experience. Tin Quang Group’s products when sent to customers are always guaranteed to be new, of good quality, true to the description and images on the website.

 

  1. IN WHICH CASES CAN CUSTOMERS EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

Customers can exchange products for other products when they receive a product that does not match the description on the website, has a manufacturer defect, is not the right size, or are simply no longer satisfied with the purchased product. 

  1. TIN QUANG GROUP’S RETURN POLICY:

Customers can exchange for another product only once and within 7 days from the date of receipt. The exchanged product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and not dirty.
  • The new product selected for exchange must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product. In case the product selected for exchange has a lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not be refunded the excess money.
  • In case the product to be exchanged is ordered during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period to receive the preferential price. 
  1. HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS?

Customers who need to exchange products can do so in one of the following two ways:

  • Method 1: Exchange directly at the store:  Please bring the product along with the bill of lading and warranty message (or warranty card) to one of the Tin Quang Group stores on the list for product exchange support.
  • Method 2: Exchange by post:  For customers in areas where there is no one of the above Tin Quang Group stores or the product you want to exchange is no longer available at the store, please send the product, accompanying accessories, promotional gifts (if any), along with the bill of lading and VAT invoice (if any) to the address:  180 Street 11, Quarter 5, Linh Xuan Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

After receiving the product, Tin Quang Group will check the product according to the product exchange regulations (this process takes about 2-3 days). Tin Quang Group will notify the customer of the results by phone and text message after the inspection is completed.

Note:

– The return mail must clearly state the following information:

  • Recipient: Tin Quang Group
  • Content: E-commerce Exchange

– Customers are responsible for the intact condition of the product when sending it back to Tin Quang Group.

Note:  The exchange value of the product is calculated based on the value of the product at the time of customer payment.

  1. ABOUT EXCHANGE COSTS:
  • Tin Quang Group offers free product exchanges for customers shopping at Tin Quang Group in case the product is defective, scratched during shipping, or delivered incorrectly.
  • However, in case the customer wants to exchange the product for subjective reasons such as not fitting the warehouse size, load capacity, lifting configuration, etc., the customer is requested to pay the shipping fee in case the product needs to be returned to Tin Quang Group’s warehouse for exchange.
