The straddle stacker for all situations

The L10 – L12 B AS electric pedestrian straddle stackers move loads of up to 1.2 tons and reach lifting heights of up to 4.7 meters. They are perfect for light to medium-duty applications. Due to the cantilever forks, they are ideal for stacking closed pallets or for loading roller conveyors that cannot be driven under with wheel arms. Thanks to their short turning radius and flexibly adjustable straddle arms, the compact trucks maneuver effortlessly in the tightest of spaces. The optional proportional speed function automatically adjusts the speed to the tilt angle of the tiller; this ensures that the drivers always maintain the necessary safety distance. Whether in dispatch areas, in the warehouse or production halls: The L10 – L12 B AS is the first choice when pallets and other goods without the option to underride need to be handled quickly and safely.

Active Foot Bumper

An active foot bumper that registers foot contact, stops the truck, and protects the driver, especially in confined spaces.

SafetySpeed

Proportional to the tiller position, the SafetySpeed function adjusts the driving speed: the smaller the tiller angle, the lower the speed.

Integrated Charger

The battery can be charged quickly and easily with the integrated charger.

Accessory Support

With numerous holders for working materials such as clipboards, scanners and film rolls, the driver’s platform can be adapted to the driver’s specific requirements.

Creep Speed Function

The creep speed function slows down the truck and makes difficult maneuvers in narrow aisles easier and safer.

Li-ION Technology

In addition to the classic lead-acid batteries, the trucks can be equipped with a new generation of Li-ION batteries.

Polyurethane Drive Wheel

Various drive wheels are available, depending on the operating environment. There are wheels of polyurethane, profiled rubber and non-marking rubber, and wheels with so-called Wet Grip material for wet floor conditions.

Safety

Thanks to the asymmetrical position of the tiller, the L10 – L12 B AS provides an optimum view of the fork and the area around the truck. At the same time, the long tiller arm ensures a generous safety distance from the truck, thus increasing work safety. The deep-drawn chassis and an optional active foot bumper prevent foot injuries. In addition, the optional Linde Load Management monitors the residual load capacity of the truck and warns the driver if the load is too heavy. The optional creep speed function and the function proportional speed enable safe maneuvering in the tightest of spaces. An efficient braking system prevents the truck from rolling backwards when starting off on slopes. Besides, the truck brakes automatically as soon as the driver releases the tiller handle or the truck abruptly changes direction. The soft-landing function enables the forks to be lowered gently and prevents damage to the transported goods.

Ergonomics

The ergonomic tiller head of the L10 – L12 B AS makes it easy to control the driving and lifting movements. All controls are within easy reach and can be operated with just one hand, left or right. Drivers can also wear gloves without any problems. The shape of the tiller head is ergonomically designed and ensures a natural hand position. The long, low-mounted tiller allows gentle steering movements and thus reduces the strain on the driver. A selection of storage compartments provide ample space for important equipment such as clipboards, shrink wrap or scanners. An optional multifunctional display, which shows relevant information about the truck, provides additional convenience.

Handling

Thanks to its compact design and small turning radius, the L10 – L12 B AS is very maneuverable and ideal for use in confined spaces. In addition, the straddle arms of the truck can be flexibly adjusted to 900, 1,200 and 1,350 mm. A powerful three-phase motor allows high travel speeds and thus guarantees fast and effective work, both loaded and unloaded. At the same time, the innovative OptiLift system ensures sensitive and precise load handling when lifting and lowering. The special soft-landing function ensures that the load is placed gently on the ground and is therefore not damaged.
