Quickly and Nimbly through Narrow Aisles

The L14 – L16 AS/AS AP electric pallet stackers are perfectly suited for quick, efficient pallet handling in tight spaces. The compact dimensions and the small steering radius of the straddle stackers enable a high handling performance in the tightest of spaces. With two different versions available, the trucks can be adapted to suit the exact requirements in the warehouse: The version without a driver platform is more convenient for narrow aisles in high rack warehouses and block warehouses. The version with the folding driver platform offers greater comfort over long distances. Both models put the safety of the driver first, and their feet are protected by the low chassis with rounded corners. Thanks to the powerful 2.3-kW AC engine, the straddle stackers can move loads of between 1,400 and 1,600 kilos at top speeds of up to 10 km/h (for foldable platform version). The adjustable straddle legs enable the transport of closed pallets and load carriers with different widths. The electric steering also helps to achieve a high handling speed, allowing the truck to be maneuvered effortlessly and with the utmost precision.

Alternative Drive Wheels

The customer can choose from a variety of drive wheels to suit the operation environment – for example, wheels made from non-marking polyurethane or wet-grip material for use on damp surfaces.

Cold Store Variant down to -35°

The cold store variant guarantees full availability and performance of the pallet stacker down to minus 35 degrees Celsius.

Proportional speed - Pedestrian truck

Automatic acceleration and deceleration: the travel speed adapts to the tiller position – the more upright, the slower.

Safety

At high speeds and turnover rates, the L14 – L16 AS/AS AP puts the safety of the driver first. All the wheels are therefore located inside the chassis, which protects the operator’s feet. And there are no corners or edges on which the operator could injure himself. The electromagnetic, load-dependent braking system reacts instantly whenever the driver leaves the platform, presses the emergency stop button, or releases the driving switch. The truck automatically reduces its speed when cornering.

Ergonomics

Both versions of the L14 – L16 AS/AS AP electric pallet stacker are ahead of the game when it comes to ease and efficiency of operation. All driving and lifting functions can be operated with just one hand – either the left or the right – without the driver having to let go of the tiller. That makes load handling easier and quicker. The electric steering allows the steering resistance to be individually adjusted, enabling effortless transportation and precise maneuvers. In the version of the truck with the driver platform, the rubber-mounted damped platform reduces the physical strain on the driver and therefore prevents fatigue.

Handling

With its ISO forks and adjustable straddle legs, the L14 – L16 AS/AS AP is suitable for handling closed pallets and load carriers with different widths. Thanks to the Linde OptiLift® control, the operator can use millimeter precision when lifting and lowering the mast of the truck, which allows for effortless pallet handling. With the powerful 2.3-kW AC engine, the straddle stackers reach speeds of up to 10 km/h (for foldable platform version). This enables loads of up to 1,600 kilos to be transported and stored quickly and efficiently.
