Compact and powerful in one

The L10 – L16 B pedestrian pallet stacker is a versatile all-rounder for handling goods in warehouses and production facilities. It is perfect for lightweight to medium-weight tasks. With its compact design, the L10 – L16 B is perfectly designed for goods handling in the tightest of spaces, be it in supply zones, as support in production or for stacking shelves in the supermarket. As a version with an integrated Li-ION battery, it is the most compact truck in its performance class. With a load capacity of up to 1.6 tonnes, a maximum lifting height of 5.4 meters, and outstanding residual load capacities, it can handle a wide variety of tasks. During the transport of goods, an initial lift provides more ground clearance. As a result, unevenness or ramps are not a problem even with double-decker transport. Five different mast designs and a range of options allow for precise adaptation to the specific requirements on site.

Optional Equipment

An active foot bumper that registers even light foot contact with the truck, stops the truck, and protects the driver, even in confined spaces.

Proportional to the tiller position, the SafetySpeed function adjusts the driving speed: the smaller the tiller angle, the lower the speed.

A creep speed function facilitates maneuvering in narrow aisles or when space is limited.

The load backrest offers the driver additional protection by preventing high loads from sliding back.

The load wheels can be selected to suit the application. The more wheels, the quieter the truck.

An integrated charger is available for both Li-ION and lead-acid batteries.

The assistance system calculates the maximum possible height and weight in real time on the basis of residual capacity. This increases safety and productivity during handling.

The driver can control the lifting height using buttons on the side of the truck, which makes order picking and storage easier.

Safety

The L10 – L16 B has a number of safety features that protect the driver, pedestrians and loads. In this way, the asymmetrical tiller provides an optimal view of the fork and the truck’s surroundings. At the same time, the long tiller arm ensures a large safety distance from the truck. The Linde SafetySpeed option can also be used to control the driving speed in relation to the inclination of the tiller. The efficient braking system prevents rolling back when stopping on gradients and automatically brakes as soon as the driver releases the tiller handle or abruptly changes the direction of travel. In addition, the low-lying chassis and an optional active foot bumper prevent foot injuries. Other optional features are the Linde Load Management assistance system, which monitors the residual load capacity and warns of the risk of tipping over, and the creep speed function for safe maneuvering in tight spaces. The soft landing function gently lowers the forks and prevents transport goods from being damaged when setting them down.

Ergonomics

The L10 – L16 B is fully optimized for ease of use. The ergonomic tiller head enables easy control of the driving and lifting movements. All control elements are easily accessible and can be operated with one hand, left or right. Drivers can also wear gloves without any problems. The shape of the tiller head is ergonomically designed and ensures a natural hand position. The long, low-mounted tiller enables gentle steering movements and thus reduces the load on the driver. An optional color display, which displays key information about the truck, provides additional comfort. A selection of storage compartments provide ample space for important equipment such as clipboards, shrink wrap or scanners.

Handling

The compact chassis and the small turning radius of the L10 – L16 B ensure optimum maneuverability even in the tightest of spaces. Thanks to the improved load capacity of up to 1.6 tonnes, the pallet stacker can cope with a wide variety of challenges. The lifting speeds allow for quick storage and retrieval. At the same time, the innovative OptiLift system guarantees sensitive and precise load handling when lifting and lowering the load. At up to 6 km/h, the maximum speed permitted in pedestrian operation, the pallet stacker enables fast and effective work both loaded and unloaded. Thanks to its excellent gradeability, the L10 – L16 B can handle steep gradients, even with a full load. For work on uneven floors or ramps, the initial lift offers additional ground clearance. Extended forks also allow for double-decker transport. For maximum flexibility, the L10 – L16 B are available with lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries. An integrated charger enables uncomplicated intermediate charging for maximum availability.
