Safety and Comfort for Versatile Pallet Transfer

The L14 – L16 RW pallet stackers allow for lifting heights of up to 6.2 m. Fitted with a powerful 3-kW three-phase motor, the pallet trucks are ideal for the fast transfer of loads of up to 1600 kg over medium and long distances. Thanks to the optional initial lift, they are also suitable for safe loading and unloading of trucks via ramps or bridge plates. The spacious 970 mm chassis keeps the driver protected inside the contours of the truck at all times. The side position of the seat offers excellent visibility in all directions. The easily accessible control elements, which are integrated into the console, ensure highly efficient truck handling.

Optional Equipment

The optional flashing warning light for the L14 – L16 RW increases the visibility of the truck and therefore also increases the safety of the driver and the area around the truck.

Leather seats and adjustable seat heating increase driving comfort when used in cold storage or in cold environments.

The Linde BlueSpot™ route warning system increases safety in operation, as the LED spot makes trucks silently visible.

The initial lift enables greater ground clearance, so that the truck itself is easier to maneuver on gradients and uneven floors. Only the support arms of the pallet stacker are raised by the initial lift.

Different mast heights are available for the L14 – L16 RW – including special heights on request. The truck can therefore be adapted to the exact requirements for a particular application.

An additional head support increases operator comfort and reduces symptoms of fatigue.

Safety

Thanks to the wide chassis, the driver is safely inside the contour of the truck at all times. The pallet stacker is fitted with three independent braking systems. The speed is reduced automatically when cornering. The four-point configuration guarantees the stability of the truck, even under full load and at full speed. Linde Load Management offers an added layer of safety. It measures data such as residual capacity and warns the driver when the load reaches the permissible limit. In addition, the Soft Landing function automatically reduces the speed of the forks when lowering to ensure that sensitive loads are placed down particularly carefully.

Ergonomics

The spacious driver’s cab offers optimum comfort and a stress-free environment in which to operate the pallet stacker. The seat, which is turned by 90°, as well as the various adjustment options, enable the operator to assume an ergonomic position, thus preventing fatigue. The height of the driver’s workstation can be adjusted to suit individual preferences by means of an adjustable foot platform. Quick and easy access to all the control elements, which are integrated into the console, makes working with the truck even easier.

Handling

The high-performance 3-kW three-phase motor allows the L14 – L16 RW pallet stacker to reach speeds of up to 12 km/h without load and up to 10 km/h with load. The robust construction offers residual load capacities of between 1400 and 1600 kg. This combination of speed and durability ensures high productivity in a wide range of transportation operations. The fork and mast movements can be controlled precisely and effortlessly with the fingertips. In addition, the forks and the truck can be controlled simultaneously, which ensures a fluent workflow and thus guarantees high productivity.
