This forklift has a load capacity of 2.0 – 3.5 tonnes, and is particularly well-suited for high loads in multi-shift operation — even in the harshest outdoor conditions.

Design details combined with intelligent assistance systems guarantee the highest possible levels of safety. Plus, the H20–H35 can be integrated into software systems such as fleet management, via wireless data transmission. This truck fulfils the latest EU 5 (2016/1627) exhaust emission regulations, and it even undercuts the required emissions massively.

Optional Equipment

A large selection of seats ensures additional comfort and active protection against postural injuries with functions like air suspension, lumbar support, seat heating, and seat ventilation.

On the display, this optional function shows the driver the current load weight.

The powerful air-conditioning system, with integrated heating and pollen filter, guarantees a comfortable working environment in the cab all year round, while also preventing windows from fogging up.

Despite the truck being just 2220mm high, it still allows for an ergonomic workstation with ample headroom. These dimensions are vital for many container terminals and other indoor areas with low clearance heights.

With its semi-circular design, the Linde VertiLight evenly illuminates the working area. The Linde LED Stripes two-color light strips use white light to illuminate the truck’s direction of travel.

The Linde Speed Assist driver assistance system automatically adjusts the truck’s top speed to the environment and the driving situation.

In addition to truck information, the 7-inch screen can also show such things as the Linde Safety Pilot display, or images from the mast or reverse cameras. The screen layout and displays can be individually customised.

An innovative driver assistance system, Safety Pilot helps to avoid tipping accidents.

Warning light systems such as Linde BlueSpot™ and Linde TruckSpot project coloured spots of light or warning signs onto the floor to warn pedestrians and other trucks.

The innovative Safety Guard assistance system from Linde warns truck drivers and pedestrians of acute danger in the immediate vicinity of the trucks, using acoustic, haptics and light signals.

The comfort cabin protects the driver when working outdoors. It provides outstanding all-round visibility of the load and working environment thanks to its armored glass roof, and large-scale glass doors.

  • The steering wheel, dual pedals and joysticks for the Linde Load Control, which is integrated into the armrest, can be operated with minimal movement required.
  • The operator is protected against impacts and vibrations as the drive and steering axles as well as the mast are decoupled from the frame and chassis with rubber bearings.

  • Interconnect frequently used functions via the programmable buttons in the armrest.

Service

The robust construction of the H20–H35, as well as wear-free and maintenance-free components like the hydrostatic drive system or the lubrication-free tilt cylinders, ensure high operational availability.

  • The hydrostatic drive ensures a long lifetime of the internal components, as they are sealed and maintenance free, plus it stops tyres from spinning which results in less tyre wear.
  • The hydraulic oil intake filter and coolant pump do not need to be replaced.
  • The hydraulic oil only needs to be changed after 6000 operating hours.
  • The powerful and robust industrial engine boasts maintenance-free spur gears, so there’s no need to replace the toothed belt as is the case with car engines.
  • The Linde Engine Protection System (LEPS) provides additional damage protection as do the Truck Health Monitoring sensors, especially in extreme outdoor temperatures.
  • The transverse installation of the engine means the service openings are extra-large, so components that require maintenance can be accessed and replaced easily.
