Ergonomic, safe and fast

The T16 L is versatile. Like other electric pallet trucks, it is optimized for transporting goods over short distances and for loading and unloading lorries. Thanks to its lifting function, however, it is also ideally suited for order picking in logistics and restocking shelves in retail. With its powerful motor, the T16 L pallet truck reaches speeds of up to 6 km/h, both loaded and unloaded, and easily handles gradients. The rounded chassis, the low skirt and the long, low-mounted tiller provide maximum protection. With a lift height of up to 675 mm, the T16 L enables back- and knee-friendly work. The optional Autolift function automatically adjusts the lift height in proportion to the increasing height of the load. The intuitively designed tiller head includes all control functions and ensures easy handling. The robust chassis protects the truck from damage in tough continuous operation.

Optional Equipment

Lateral battery removal with roller bearings allows for quick changes, making it more efficient especially for use in multi-shift operation.

The integrated charger increases flexibility: The pallet truck can be charged nearly everywhere and at any time.

In addition to the classic lead-acid batteries, the trucks can be equipped with a new generation of Li-ION batteries.

The cold store variant guarantees full availability and performance of the truck down to minus 35 degrees.

The load backrest ensures that loads cannot slip backwards and fall on the driver when the load carrier is raised.

Sensors on the truck automatically adjust the order picking lift during loading. The load height for the driver thus remains the same even when goods are stacked on the pallet.

The creep speed function slows down the truck and makes difficult maneuvers in narrow aisles easier and safer.

Safety

The long tiller with deep mounting point provides a large safety distance between the driver and the truck. A deep skirt covers the wheels, effectively protecting the driver’s feet from injury. The emergency stop button is easily accessible and increases safety in case of emergency. The tiller head of the T16 L is designed to enclose the driver’s hands and protect them. When cornering, the truck adjusts its speed directly to the steering angle, protecting the driver from risky maneuvers.

Ergonomics

The T16 L offers a lifting height of up to 675 mm. This means that the driver does not have to bend their knees or back when loading. The ergonomically designed tiller head contains all operating functions and can be steered with one hand, even when wearing gloves. Travel speed and steering resistance automatically and continuously adjust to the steering angle. Additional switches can be fitted as an option, allowing easy control of the lift height. As a further option, the T16 L can be equipped with an Autolift function that automatically adjusts the fork height to the load on the forks. This eliminates the need for manual operation of the lift and the driver is able to commission at optimum height without unnecessary interruption. In addition, holders are available for important work equipment such as scanners, clipboards or shrink wrap.

Handling

With or without a load, the T16 L reaches speeds of up to 6 km/h. Even fully loaded, it can handle the most difficult gradients, making it ideal for a wide range of operating conditions. It lifts up to 800 kg to maximum height while providing a high level of driver safety. Its long, low-mounted tiller and electric power steering ensure optimal maneuverability in tight spaces. The castor wheels automatically adjust to the load, driving situation and speed, ensuring high driving stability and good traction on uneven ground. With the creep speed function (optional) and Linde Proportional Speed, the T16 L can be safely maneuvered even in the tightest spaces.
