Rapid transport of heavy loads over short distances

The pallet lift truck M25 has a rugged construction and will not bend under heavy loads. Its steel chassis can take about 25 percent more weight than comparable models of this size. The hydraulics of the M25 are protected from dust and are well suited to long, hard working days, with a minimum of service. The drive wheels and rollers increase handling capacity with their low rolling resistance. The tiller also has a large steering angle on both sides. It’s therefore easy to maneuver the M25 in a tight space, such as the truck loading bays. A broad tiller handle protects the hands from injury. The pallet lift truck M25 has a maximum load capacity of 2500 kg.

Optional Equipment

Stainless steel version

The standard stainless steel version with open prongs is ideal for wet working environments. An enhanced stainless steel version has closed prongs and is suitable for use in hygienic areas.

Hot-dipping

In this version of the M25, the chassis, handle, and pump housing are hot-dipped. The wheel axle and bearings are made from stainless steel. Overall, the truck’s service can be up to ten times longer.

Fork variations

Forks are available in lengths of 800, 950, 1000 and 1220 mm. In the largest models, the load capacity of the truck increases to 2000 kg.

Load scale

The scale is easy to use and measures with an accuracy of +/- 10 kg with a loaded weight of 500 kg.

Wheels and rollers

Linde offers drive wheels made from rubber or polyurethane. The material is quiet, very durable, and has good rolling properties. There are also load rollers made from polyurethane and tandem load rollers.

Safety

The broad handle of the tiller surrounds the hands and protects from impact when shunting. At the same time, the low chassis protects the feet from injury. The overall design of the truck has no sharp edges or corners.

Ergonomics

The M25 pallet truck can be operated effortlessly even if there is little space available. The operator turns the tiller at an angle of up to 105 degrees and can move the truck laterally. There are small rollers on the tips of the fork so the operator can lift the pallet with little force. The truck can be easily pulled by one hand with little rolling resistance.

Handling

The quick lift function of the M25 makes it possible to lift lighter loads of up to 200 kg more quickly. The truck thus reaches its maximum lift height twice as fast. The load capacity of the steel chassis provides for more handling capacity, because the operator can transport significantly more over each stretch than with comparable models. The optional load scale is easy to use and is very accurate. The pointed prongs push quickly into wrapped pallets.
