Reach trucks for halls and yards

R14 – R20 G-series reach trucks are ideal for combined hall and yard use, that is to say, for transport operations in a changing environment, such as when loading and unloading trucks. Oversize super-elastic wheels, a vibration-damped drive unit, increased ground clearance as well as a vibration-free driver’s cab ensure driving comfort and safety. This means that the versatile R14 – R20 G reach trucks enable low-vibration operation on uneven outdoor surfaces as well as efficient load handling in narrow rack aisles in warehouses. They can be adapted to the personal comfort requirements of every driver and are distinguished by powerful engines and numerous safety features.

Work headlamps

LED work headlamps improve the view of the load in dark work areas. This makes it safer and more efficient to operate the truck.

Polyurethane skids

Polyurethane skids that are gentle on the ground prevent scratches on the hall floor.

Single pedal control

Some drivers prefer single-pedal control. The dual-pedal control system can be exchanged in order to satisfy the specific driver’s individual requirements.

Phone holder

A phone holder helps with operations and increases safety. The employee always has the display in view and within reach.

Wooden handle for joysticks

Wooden handles for Linde joysticks enhance the work station. The non-splintering hardwood provides a pleasant feel, is less susceptible to contamination and is suitable for drivers with a plastic allergy.

Interior lighting

The two-level LED interior lighting gives forklift drivers the best possible view of the necessary work materials.

Load weight display

A load weight display helps the driver handle loads safely and efficiently.

Panoramic view

The special mast concept and the visually-optimized driver’s roof ensure an outstanding all-round view. This improves safety and accelerates load handling.

Draft shield door

An additional draft shield door reduces the airstream when switching between the hall and the outdoor area, and the draft in unheated warehouses. This improves driver comfort.

12 V socket

The 12 V socket allows smartphones or other electronic equipment to be charged in the truck.

Safety

The optional armored glass panorama roof on the R14 – R20 G reach trucks protects the driver while also ensuring an optimal view of raised loads. Linde Curve Assist further improves driver safety with appropriate speed adjustment around bends. The four brake systems, regenerative and counter-current braking, automatic holding brake, as well as a hydraulic all-wheel braking system with self-adjusting load wheel brakes, enable the driver to stop quickly in hazardous situations. The lifting height display and optional load weight capture help the driver during load handling. The parking brake, which engages automatically when the driver exits the truck, enables secure stopping on ramps and gradients. A guard at shoulder height increases driver safety, for example, in narrow rack aisles.

Ergonomics

Linde R14 – R20 G reach trucks feature a cabin that is isolated from vibrations from the rest of the chassis, individually adjustable operating consoles as well as padded armrests with integrated Linde Load Control. The ergonomic needs of the driver were an absolute focus during development. A low cabin entry height and individual adjustment options for the driver’s seat make the truck extremely comfortable to work with. The seat adapts the air cushioning to the driver’s weight. All control elements are developed for intuitive use and effective operation without tiring.

Handling

R14 – R20 G reach trucks are designed for the changing requirements of combined hall and yard use. Oversize super-elastic wheels, higher ground clearance and the vibration-free cabin make loads extremely safe and comfortable for the driver to handle. The intuitive Linde Load Control system with a joystick integrated into the armrest and individually adjustable steering resistance supports the driver in their everyday activities. The truck can therefore be adapted to your habits and the situation on-site to ensure particularly precise operation. The short wheelbase, compact chassis dimensions and 180° steering make the truck extremely maneuverable. An extensive selection of mast heights from 4.9 to 7.7 meters allows the trucks to be adapted to specific performance requirements. The powerful drive and lifting motors ensure maximum handling performance.
