Preparation before performing maintenance 

• Move the vehicle to the designated maintenance location. Check that all tools and equipment are complete. 
• Check consumables such as beef fat, hydraulic oil, distilled water to replenish promptly. 

General cleaning of electric forklifts 

• Use a spray nozzle from an air compressor to spray off car dust.
• Clean the car 
• Check the overall frame, no deformation 
• Check safety equipment (lights, rearview mirrors, fire extinguisher, seats) 
• Retrieve error history and delete when performing maintenance (for Linde vehicles). Reset maintenance reminder time. 

Hydraulic and lifting systems 

• Cleaning with air compressor: Oil tank, pump motor
• Check the condition of the grease pump of the load bearing and guide bearing. 
• Clean the chain and grease if necessary. 
• Check chain stretch

               + Not to exceed 259 mm over 10 links (1 inch links) 

               + The manufacturer recommends replacing the chain every 5000 hours even if the chain stretch has not reached its limit.

• Check for wear, clean, and grease slideways, faceplates, main frame, sub frame, racks
• Check the hydraulic cylinders for oil leaks and scratches or dents on the cylinder surface.

Electrical system (100 hrs or 6 months) 

Clean power boards, heat sinks, heat sink fans, and electrode locations with an air compressor. 

Check phase wire tightening bolts 

• Check for signs of damage and oxidation at the electrodes. 

Check the status of signal cables and sensor cables 

• Check for damage or dents

Battery
