Forklift delivery process to customers at Tin Quang 

Prepare the car 

After signing the sales contract, the technician will prepare the vehicle for the customer: 

• Get vehicle information in contract 
• Prepare the car and take it to the yard. 
• Check the customer’s forklift in general: appearance, electrical system, hydraulics, lighting system, furniture, and accompanying items are complete and meet requirements?

Check fuel, hydraulic oil, engine oil to see if it is sufficient and meets the manufacturer’s standards. 

For electric forklifts : 

Check the vehicle systems, lighting and warnings. Check carefully the power system such as battery, lithium battery to see if it is working properly. 

After checking, if there is a problem, it will be fixed.

• Assemble the vehicle’s accessories: lifting frame, working set, forklift tires. Once installed, check to see if the vehicle is operating properly. Finally, deliver the vehicle to the customer. 

Vehicle transportation 

After checking the forklift in general, we proceed to put the forklift on the vehicle and move it to the customer. 

Once the vehicle has arrived at the customer’s address, Tin Quang technical staff will conduct another inspection.

Training, guidance on forklift operation and maintenance 

During the forklift handover and acceptance process: Technicians will guide the operation, use and maintenance of the vehicle. 

When operating a new forklift 

You should operate the forklift under light load conditions to get the most out of the machine. 

• For electric forklifts using batteries, do not let new batteries discharge more than 20%. The battery should be charged when it drops below 30 – 40%. 
• Perform maintenance and repair services on time 
• No stop, sudden drop 
• Top up vehicle oil and lubricants as recommended by the manufacturer (250 hours of operation)
• The specified load limit is 70 – 80% 

Daily maintenance check 

Before and during use of the vehicle, the employee must have the duty to maintain the vehicle. 

Mainly clean, add grease, lubricate the vehicle. Check brake fluid, working solvent, observe and check safety equipment such as brakes, transmission, signal lights and operating status of the motor to ensure safety.

Proceed with vehicle delivery 

When handing over the vehicle, our technicians will guide the customer to check the vehicle before receiving it. We have included a checklist: Checking the types of wheels, impellers, engine, hydraulic oil, checking fuel, and the overall appearance of the vehicle, etc.

Receive sales contract, legal documents, vehicle user manual and check and sign the handover minutes. 

In case the customer has not paid the full value of the vehicle, please pay in full or make a debt commitment paper.
