Meet Konecranes E-ACE electric empty container handler

The Konecranes Liftace empty container handler has been a mainstay at container terminals for many years, delivering high productivity and ease of use. The E-ACE brings the same features, lifting attachments and high-level performance, but now with zero tailpipe emissions. Together with the OPTIMA cabin it offers a safe environment for the driver with market leading visibility.

The electric empty container handler is now available globally for all regions, complying with the major regulations and legislations and with flexible charging standards.

These Li-ion battery electric models with fast charging have a load capacity of 9-10 tons, and are available as single or double stacking.

As all our trucks, it’s equipped with the latest digital solutions and access to yourKONECRANES customer portal to monitor performance, battery, energy consumption and much more.

Charging infrastructure

Different combined charging standards (GB/T and CCS) are used in different parts of the world. Konecranes currently offer GB/T for China and CCS chargers for e.g. South America and several other countries.
A verified charger with tested interoperability is needed to charge a Konecranes E-ACE. Compliance with local electrical standards is the responsibility of the charger manufacturer.
Choose your charging technology based on your use requirements. A choice between 1 or 2 x 160 kWh charging capacity for busy 24/7 operations.
