Structure of Mobile Pallet Racking
This mobile pallet racking system consists of two fixed racks positioned at either end, with moving racks on trolleys located in the center. Unlike traditional fixed racking systems that require one aisle for each pair of rows, this configuration only requires one common aisle, thanks to the trolley’s ability to move to open up an aisle when needed. This design solution allows for a significant reduction in the usable space, with savings of up to 50%.
Operating Principle of Mobile Pallet Racking
Full width pass mode
This mode allows the forklift to quickly access the aisle. When combined with a guide rail and a 3-way forklift or stacker, the aisle width can be further reduced.
Half-width passage mode
This mode allows manual case selection in two aisles at the same time.
Equal Distance Mode
Equal spacing mode is ideal for inventory operations. Additionally, it enhances air conditioning efficiency in cold and frozen warehouses by creating moderate spacing between stored items, allowing cold air to circulate evenly.
