Outstanding Performance, Reliable Versatility

The E35 – E50 electric forklift trucks are ideally suited to effective load handling in indoor environments. The Linde combi steering axle, in conjunction with the dual motor front-wheel drive, provides exceptional maneuverability. This means the E35 – E50 trucks offer excellent handling performance, even in tight spaces. The newly developed synchronous reluctance motors, combined with the intuitive operating concept that features dual pedal control and Linde Load Control as well as excellent visibility, guarantees precision work and maximum performance in any situation. The electric forklift trucks also feature an extremely spacious and comfortable driver’s workstation as well as improved ergonomics thanks to the common platform for both electric and combustion engine counterbalanced forklifts. The chassis is decoupled from both the mast and the drive and steering axle by rubber bearings, which protects operators from shocks when traveling on uneven surfaces. The wide range of models, comprehensive standard level of equipment, and numerous equipment add-on options available mean that the trucks are extremely versatile and can be tailored to the individual requirements of each customer. Additional equipment, such as pipe clamps or devices capable of handling several pallets at a time, opens up even more application possibilities.

Radio with DAB+ and MP3 player including Bluetooth hands-free kit

The radio is able to clearly receive popular DAB+, DAB, and FM stations and also boasts USB and Bluetooth® connections, two loudspeakers and an additional antenna.

Air conditioning system* with integrated heating

The powerful air-conditioning system* with integrated heating and pollen filter guarantees a comfortable working environment in the cab all year round, while also preventing windows from fogging up.

Multifunction display

In addition to truck information, the 7-inch screen can also show such things as the Linde Safety Pilot display, or images from the mast or reversing cameras. The screen layout and displays can be individually customized.

Light Solutions

With its semi-circular design, the Linde VertiLight evenly illuminates the working area. The Linde LED Stripes two-color light strips use white light to illuminate the truck’s direction of travel.

Seat Variants

A large selection of seats ensures additional comfort and active protection against postural injuries with functions like air suspension, lumbar support, seat heating, and seat ventilation.

Visual Warning Systems

Warning light systems such as Linde BlueSpot™ and Linde TruckSpot project colored spots of light or warning signs onto the floor to warn pedestrians and other trucks.

Linde Safety Pilot

Using the Safety Pilot from Linde Material Handling when operating counterbalance forklift trucks largely prevents tipping accidents.

Safety

Thanks to slim, asymmetrical mast profiles, a narrow A-pillar, and the low front panel, the driver has an excellent view of both the load and the entire working environment. Narrow roof struts ensure an almost unrestricted view, even when handling loads at height. An armored glass roof is available as an optional extra. The truck’s low center of gravity and high steering axle ensure maximum lateral stability. In addition, the in-built safety systems reduce the risk of tipping accidents. Linde Curve Assist slows down the truck when cornering, while Linde Load Assist increases stability to prevent tipping when loading and unloading at height. An automatically applied parking brake is also fitted as standard. A wide variety of optional lighting solutions, warning devices, and assistance systems ensure additional safety during load handling and when operating alongside other trucks as well as pedestrians.

Ergonomics

The E35 – E50 offers an ergonomic and intuitively designed operating concept in a spacious and comfortable driver’s cab. The steering wheel, dual pedals, and joysticks of the Linde Load Control, which is integrated into the armrest, can be operated with minimal movement. The drive and steering axle as well as the mast are decoupled from the chassis by rubber bearings, which protects the driver from shocks and vibrations. A large selection of ergonomic seats provides active protection against postural injuries. Various features such as air suspension, lumbar support, heated seats, and seat ventilation ensure even greater comfort. The 3.5-inch display provides the driver with all the important information about the truck at a glance. A 7” display is available as an option.

Handling

The powerful synchronous reluctance motors guarantee high levels of productivity. Linde’s combi steering axle and the dual motor front-wheel drive make the E35 – E50 trucks easy to maneuver, even in tight spaces. The intuitive operating concept, ergonomic driver’s workstation, and optimal visibility enable the operator to control the forklift safely and with precision, which results in outstanding handling performance. Even when loading and unloading at height, the electric forklift trucks operate safely. The overhead tilt cylinders and torsion-resistant mast design guarantee a high residual load capacity and torsion stability. The energy management system ensures efficiency during maximum performance. The trucks can be powered by lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries, as well by fuel cell technology.
